Why HCMS is Different

HCMS makes use of existing computer and printing equipment. Any PC running Windows 98 operating system or higher will run the application. Either Inkjet or LaserJet printer can be used to print the cards. LaserJet is preferred, however, as it is faster and the cost of printing header cards is lower.

HCMS software solution allows complete control over your assets and header cards. This is accomplished through a database management system which gives the user the ability to print header cards in-house and on demand. Our system eliminates known issues associated with the other “solutions.”

HCMS also has the ability to calibrate the header card image on any printer. This is critical as different printers will “register” the printed information differently. Having this functionality built in means printing accurate header cards.
